      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am Sang Yup Baek at Korea Pukyong University.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried to install CAD program.&lt;BR /&gt;However, it is impossible to install the CAD program due to the firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;When I contacted the Information Computer Center, it says that the AUTODEST IP NUMBER is required to unblock the firewall.&lt;BR /&gt;Therefore, we would appreciate it if you let us know the AUTODEST IP NUMBER in order to release the firewall.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;There's a couple of ways to properly download and install your Autodesk product to your machine.&amp;nbsp; Please review this &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/113466" target="_blank"&gt;article&lt;/A&gt; and the solution it provides.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the installation does fail using the preferred methods, please post your &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Location-of-the-log-files-generated-by-the-installation-of-an-Autodesk-product.html" target="_blank"&gt;installation log&lt;/A&gt; file here so we can review it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Posting info:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you.&amp;nbsp; Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN".&amp;nbsp; Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file.&amp;nbsp; If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Try to call out with the URL rather then&amp;nbsp;the IP address described&amp;nbsp;below, or you can try locating the IP of a domain by using the Command Prompt &amp;gt; "ping" command.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can try to review this following information below to make these changes to your firewall &amp;amp; proxy settings:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If you used the virtual agent to download the parts and run it, it shouldn't have anything to do with your firewall or infrastructure.&amp;nbsp; Can you just share a screen shot of what you're seeing.&amp;nbsp; It will make easier to troubleshoot your issue.&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileywink" class="emoticon emoticon-smileywink" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-wink.png" alt="Smiley Wink" title="Smiley Wink" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;To download &amp;amp; install you will need access to certain sites &amp;amp; system files, if you have limited access in your environment I recommend following the steps above that &lt;a href="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/1649869"&gt;@Mark.Lancaster&lt;/a&gt; provided &amp;amp; try another network environment with uninterrupted&amp;nbsp;internet access.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
