Problems with activation Autocad

I have a problem to activate Autocad with educational licence.

after the installation, i click on activate, I insert the serial nunber and the product key and click on "connect and perform activation".

I insert My ID and password but appeared this message:" impossible to elaborate the application of activation in line"

on which address e-mail I can send the application?

What AutoCAD version are you talking about?

What message are you seeing when you go to activate? Share a screen shot (blur out any sensitive information such as a serial #)

Can you also let us know where you are grabbing the download from?

Please review the information below on how to best set up your educational software, I recommend the Browser Download method to download & install.

How to activate Educational Software

Conduct a Clean Uninstall of the application & use the MSfixitTool to complete it
Review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software depending on the download method it will automatically recognize your credentials & sign-in or you manually type in the serial# & product key (you shouldn't need an activation code)
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. You can try another Wifi network location
If the online method does not work & you need a activate code for offline activation, fill out this form with the educational support team or use Register.autodesk.com
