Activation code not responding for Autocad 2017

After reinstalling AutoCAD 2017 I tried using my activation code I got the last time, and it doesn't like it. Please advise on how to activate the software.

First may I ask why you are responding to an activation code issue for 2007 when your product is 10 years newer? Please create your own posting and not hi-jack others..

Now to your problem.. What message are you seeing? Share a screen shot but blur all sensitive information. Are you a student or do you have a commercial license?

You shouldn't need to activate manually with an activation code this is for offline activation, an offline activation is the last resort.

Please try to review the information below:

How to activate Educational Software

Review the Steps for Setting-Up Student Software depending on the download method it will automatically recognize your credentials & sign-in or you manually type in the serial# & product key (you shouldn't need an activation code)
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your Windows operating system
An internet connection is required to activate, every 30days you should be connected to the internet at some point (to verify your license & use the software) Adjust your proxy settings, to allow access during the install & first launch, also make sure you have an uninterrupted connection. You can try another Wifi network location
If the online method does not work & you need a activate code for offline activation, fill out this form with the educational support team or use Register.autodesk.com
