    <description>Hi Marc,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have HSM Ultimate, but the only way I could resolve the problem was to&lt;BR /&gt;de-install the software and reinstall it. Now it’s working again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also tried removing the c:\ProgramData\Flexnet\adsk* files but that didn’t&lt;BR /&gt;help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>Cannot activate HSM Ultimate</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Mr/Mrs,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I've installed the "&lt;SPAN&gt;Inventor HSM Ultimate 2018.2.1 Update" and after this I cannot use the HSM part of the software anymore.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When I start Inventor, it comes up with the license dialog box, and when I press "Enter a serial number" the software comes up with a messagebox saying "Unable to activate license. &lt;P&gt;I just installed mine and have no issues.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Because I'm not assuming, do you have a license for HSM Ultimate or HSM Premium?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; When you install there's an option to install HSM Prem or HSM Ultimate..&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
