Perpetual License LT 2022 will no longer open application

I have a legitimate perpetual licence for LT 2022, originally purchased a few years ago, with the maintenance subscription, which could not be renewed when AC switched to only subscription options.

Its worked well up until yesterday, 2025-01-12, now i get an error on opening, which will not let me proceed, same thing on both laptops!

The error response says i need to upgrade to V1.4, however there seems nowhere on website where i can do that, perpetual license's seem to have zero options.

I did note that Windows updated twice shortly before?

Anyone else have this problem?

We can't see your monitor: please share with us a screenshot of that error message and any other messages the program presents.

Also confirm your WindowsOS version please.

It doesn't show, as you can see in my screenshot. So instead of a screenshot, what's the error message displayed?

FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Reading 0x1B167838 Exception at 11DE04F5h.

Error response suggests upgrade to LT 2022 release v1.4.
Have previously been sent link to re-install LT 2022, but result is the same message.
Note: this has worked for years, first message was 2025-01-12, on both my laptops.
I did note that windows updated couple times in the past few days, this does seem coincidental.

These are the updates you need to get from your accounts page if you are logged into the correct account for your perpetual 2022 license

When logged into account for PERPETUAL license, there are no upgrades available.

Are you 100% positive you used the correct email/login?

Is that how you purchased AutoCAD2022, from Autodesk direct?

Did someone else buy the software then assign it to you? Then they need to get the updates for you.
