The best way to resolve this is to install again making sure the .dll&amp;nbsp;installs. Be sure to disable any security software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Conduct a &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank"&gt;Clean Uninstall&lt;/A&gt; of the application &amp;amp; use the &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed" target="_blank"&gt;MSfixitTool&lt;/A&gt; to complete it&lt;/LI&gt;
