&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Autodesk is experiencing issues with generating serial #s (as of Friday)..&amp;nbsp; It hasn't been resolved and its the weekend so nothing is going to fix until next week.&amp;nbsp; Just run the product in a 30 day trial until the issue is resolved and a new serial # is issued to you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sirs,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not activate my downloaded and installed 3dsmax 2018 with students and educators license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not type correctly the full 13 characters serial number because because the autodesk licensing software accept only for a 12 characters serial number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried through the &lt;A href="https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg/lookupSerialNumber.action" target="_blank"&gt;https://registeronce.autodesk.com/prodreg/lookupSerialNumber.action&lt;/A&gt; unsuccessfully because of the same reason.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julio&lt;/P&gt;</description>
