Unable to activate Maya student version

I had registered for a student trial version of Maya since 2016. Later on I had upgraded to the 2016 Extension along with downloading Maya 2017. Recently I am unable to access both versions to which I have been notified that my trial has ended. I'm not sure why this has occurred or where on the Autodesk site to go to correct this. I have maintained the same license for a student version since 2016 and have never had this happen before.

I would really appreciate some help on this issue.

Trial versions means 30 days (for free)

Student version means the license is good for 3 years.

Can you clarify what license you have.

I'm licensed for the student version and have been using it for about two years now. I've been accessing it via my account. When this occurred, I've even tried entering the serial number, but that doesn't seem to work.

What happened when you entered the serial number to activate the student license? Did you see any error messages?

Since I have a student account, I guess I can renew it by signing up for it again.
