Why cant my Maya 2017 application start up?

I have downloaded Maya 2017 on my Windows 10 but it can't seem to start up when I try to open the application. No error pop-ups or anything, just freeze at start loading(in the picture). I also tried re-installing it again but it still won't work.please, people, help me... I cant do my work right now.

Welcome to the Community.

Could you try resetting your Maya to default and try launching it once again? Check out the instructions here: Reset Maya to Default

Also check for the Maya certified hardware to ensure that your graphic card is certified.
