Maya 2016 1st version Mac installation error, continue button greyed out.

So i have seen information for troubleshooting this on a windows computer but there has been no help for mac.

Basically i need maya 2016 first release for mac so that i can use the free miarmy plugin, but during installation at the license information section the continue button is greyed out.

Please help me i have been struggling with this for a few days now!

This issue typically occurs because Internet Explorer is either blocking or cannot connect to Autodesk registration servers. However how many characters are in your serial #? 12 OR 13?
