Sorry to hear that you're unable to activate your AutoCAD LT 2018 license. Did you manage to download the software? From where did you download it? Is there any error message? If yes, please share error message screenshot.

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Do you have a subscription for this product? If so you don't activate it like a perpetual license. The activation comes from the named account that is assigned to it. Like @wongam pointed out, show what error message you're seeing so we can assist you better.
