&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Posting info:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sometimes the installation log file contains the serial # that was assigned to you.&amp;nbsp; Open your log file using Windows Notepad and perform a search on "/SN".&amp;nbsp; Depending on the number of installation attempts, your serial # may be located throughout the log file.&amp;nbsp; If present, remove or "X" out your serial # prior to posting.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am still having problems downloading the upgraded version of auto cad.&amp;nbsp; I received a license number and serial number but when I try to download it I keep getting that timed out message.&amp;nbsp; Is there no one I can talk to on the phone instead of wasting time withe emails and p&lt;/P&gt;</description>
