    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am trying to install NavisWorks Freedom on a laptop and after everything is set up it doesn't open.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't send an error or acknowledge that it is trying to open.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times and tried different versions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Versions tried:2017 &amp;amp; 2018&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System: Windows 7&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 other identical laptops have installed it with no problems, but this one is not working for some odd reason.&amp;nbsp; I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times for 2018 and twice for 2017.&amp;nbsp; I have completed deleted all the folders associated with them before reinstalling as well.&amp;nbsp; I believe the computers were set up as Admin, but not sure.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
