autocad installation error

i downloaded autocad 2018 from AVA and the installation fails once it reaches direct x runtime. fresh install of windows 7.

ive uplaoded the temp installation file

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Sorry that you are faced with this problem.. A 1603 failure on a core Autodesk product.. Not good.

See information in this posting. Some users have had success in reinstalling Windows but that's not really a viable solution. If something does work for you please let us know because to this date no one has indicated any success in getting over the 1603 error on a core product installation.

1603 and 1619 errors, fairly common.

Also, the log file you uploaded is not the verbose log. Look in your %temp% folder, it will be much larger.

i have already googled the solution and i can't find anything that helps.

how do i get the verbose logs? is this it?
