Did new software get installed on your system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you able to create a new drawing and have the expected open time?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are all the patches applied to AutoCAD?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say it is "stuck", how long do you wait before you decide to open an other or close the other one?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why am getting stuck while opening files or opening software.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;while is in stucking am unable to close the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to go Task Manager then close it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iam already done reinstalling AutoCAD two times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What i have to do any suggestions.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a lot of work in AutoCAD Please help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>where are your files stored?&lt;BR /&gt;Is 2018 fully patched and updated? it never happens by itself, you have to install the updates.</description>
