Error when identifying my University

Steps to reproduce
I am trying to identify myself as educator in University of Granada, Spain, in order to get a free license for Autocad for Mac. But the website always gives me an error message and does not let me introduce my University in the corresponding field.

Expected results
I expected to be able to get a free license as educator.

Actual results
The website does not allow me to insert my University.

Try a new browser .. .like Google with the Incognito mode ...

Hi @AntonioAlarcon2,

Do any institutions load? (Even if they are not the ones that you need)

Can you try reselecting your country and institution type? (Select a different option, then select what you had originally). This should reload the list and allow you to select your institution.

Thank you. It doesn't work, either. No institution loads. As soon as I type a single letter in the "Name of educational institution" box, it appears the message that it does not find my institution. By the way, I am working on a Mac, I don't know whether this makes a difference.

And you're trying Chrome with Incognito mode?
