Installed PowerInspect 2017 without IE9

I have trouble installing powerinspect 2017. Existing software environment uses IE8. We install powerinspect2017 needs above IE9 version. Our company is not allowed to update IE version. How to avoid this problem? I can install PowerInspect 2017 by testing overwriting registry value (same software environment but installing IE9), but I don't know which value to change the registry value?

You can install PowerInspect2017 by changing the value of “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Version” to a higher version number.

You can install PowerInspector 17 by changing the value of "HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Version" to a higher version number.
