Vault basic server 2019 - only available through "Install now" ?

I was looking to download Vault Basic Server 2019, but all download options are grayed out - only "Install now" option is available.

Why?

just click on the "Download now" or "Browser Download" and will update the selection button :

That's how it starts out.. At some point you'll have the other download options.

I noticed the same problem. I need to download this program, and transfer it to our remote server. As I have no internet access from the server... only network (LAN).
