    <description>&lt;P&gt;I made a clean install but the problem remained the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The problems were two: incorrect product key show in Autodesk desktop App and a&amp;nbsp;the freeze at startup (as attached).&amp;nbsp; Yesterday I asked a support by Autodesk and a guy&amp;nbsp;via&amp;nbsp;Teamviewer deleted some registry keys to resolve the first problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He told me that the freezing at startup (really I cannot find a different term to describe the problem) is a known issue and they will answer me when&amp;nbsp;it will be correct. By now I can't use Autocad 2019.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Desktop App report wrong license data</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I installed Autocad 2019 but&amp;nbsp;it did not&amp;nbsp;start as it freezed during toolbar loading. I decided to unistall (deleting some temp file, unused folders and &lt;EM&gt;FLEXnet &lt;/EM&gt;folder).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Even after a reboot the Autodesk Desktop App says I got Autocad 2019 installed (not true). Moreover it shows&amp;nbsp;two serial numbers to choose from (the right one and the Revit 2019 one) and an incorrect Product code (the Revit 2019 one that works correctly).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to reinstall Autocad 2019 with the update 2019.0.1 but it&amp;nbsp;keeps freezing at start.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestion?&amp;nbsp; Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gianni&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you perform a clean uninstall or did you just delete files?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What's freezing at startup?&amp;nbsp; The install of AutoCAD 2019 or when you apply the fix?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
