If so, try <A href="http://www.jrsoftware.org/isinfo.php" target="_blank">Inno Setup</A> and it will create an EXE installer. If you really need it to be MSI you can use <A href="http://www.exemsi.com/inno-setup-and-msi" target="_blank">MSI Wrapper</A>.
