    <description>I have another problem, I uninstalled the program and when I try to install it again , it wants to download the content again although they are on my disk&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <title>AutoCAD 2019 Won't Start</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I installed AutoCAD 2019 under my student license, double-clicked on the icon, the welcome screen appeared and just when you would expect the UI to load, the welcome screen&amp;nbsp;disappeared and that's it. Nothing more.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Things I tried without success.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Restarting my machine&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Updating Windows - Currently running Windows 10, version 1709.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Updating my Nvidia drivers. Ps, I am running a GTX1060 &amp;amp; a GTX 1080.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Plugging the HDMI cable into &lt;/EM&gt;the 1080&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Plugging it into &lt;/EM&gt;the 1060&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Repairing AutoCAD 2019&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Reinstalling AutoCAD 2019&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Uninstalling AutoCAD 2019 and installing it again.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Uninstalling it and installing it from the Autodesk Desktop App.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Updating AutoCAD 2019 - Apparently, there was one in the Autodesk Desktop App.&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Running it as administrator&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;EM&gt;Running it in lower version of Windows&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just installed Revit 2019 and it worked like a charm.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it helps to troubleshoot, I still have the 2018 versions of the two softwares installed as well.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you in advance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Daniel&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You can try another&amp;nbsp;method called a Browser Download, if the other methods&amp;nbsp;have&amp;nbsp;not worked for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have listed some steps to prepare your system for download and installation in case you run into a problem.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Conduct a&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/clean-uninstall" target="_blank"&gt;Clean Uninstall&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;of the previous installation &amp;amp; use the&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17588/fix-problems-that-block-programs-from-being-installed-or-removed" target="_blank"&gt;MSfixitTool&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;to complete it&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Reboot the computer, make sure apps are not auto running in the background&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in as Administrator&amp;nbsp;(check your permissions, full control)&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13951/windows-create-user-account" target="_blank"&gt;create a new profile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have an uninterrupted &amp;amp; high-speed&amp;nbsp;connection to the internet&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter&amp;nbsp;(Windows)&lt;/LI&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If the above does not resolve it, try to re-create the event/pull up the error again &amp;amp; locate the event error looking at the date &amp;amp; time, using&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="http://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Use-Windows-Utilities-to-Maintain-Your-PC/" target="_blank"&gt;Event Viewer&lt;/A&gt;.
