Hello,

there is any chance to improve admin portal regarding usage of licenses, limit login by ip address, limit change of MFA,usage by ip address?(like any other software provider based on subscription)

Also MFA by SMS does not recognize my mobile number as valid

Now there is no protection of company`s licenses usage and Autodesk wash their hands regarding usage of software by employees without company consent

in order not to miss the cherry on the cake, Autodesk refuses to provide the names of the accounts used on other computers invoking GDPR.....of course, it is the responsibility of the company to monitor their licenses so that the supplier does not assume any liability

1) Did you (or someone else in charge) by chance set up your account verification to be performed by an Authenticator App? If yes, your phone is never an option.

2) Or is the phone number they have not actually yours (typo or someone else' phone)? This MFA method works just fine too.

3) Don't you also get the open for am Email verification? or is that also listed incorrectly in your Autodesk Account?

Autodesk's MFA is in full action and working fine for our offices.

@pendean I think you did not understand

1) I cannot register my phone number on MFA....even if is set through authenticator you can switch anytime to SMS

2) believe me that I know my phone number and maybe it is working for other countries but for Romania doesn`t(I tried with country selection and also typed full with country code)"The number you provided seems to be invalid".

3)email verification/confirmation it is on creation of account....not used anymore on sign in

so as a Autodesk customer I have a couple of AEC subscriptions and users added with their company email...I want to know when an employee use his assigned account on any other computer outside of company

- mfa is a solution but sms doesn`t work and authenticator app is useless....if I give user password to login and keep MFA for an admin(since you have user and password you can add at least one another(duplicate as set up to another phone) authenticator app so they can bypass my registered MFA)

also to force employee to sign an agreement is useless since I cannot check unauthorized usage(Autodesk refuse to give me this details because of GDPR....funny I know.....for Autodesk case is closed after you pay subscription and only remind you regarding illegal software on some computers from outside of company where employees user their username)

what your asking there is no way to track ip address with single user licensing through Autodesk Account

you could with the network licenses
