&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Hold down the Windows key and press R.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the Run dialog box, type EVENTVWR.MSC and click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;OK&lt;/STRONG&gt;. This will open the Event Viewer.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;In the left pane, under Event Viewer (Local), expand the Windows Logs folder by double-clicking on it or clicking on the arrow next to the folder.&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yep. I Uninstall my product and delete all the files then Install it from autodesk website. but it didn't still working yet. just I could open the samples on revit 19 and then "material part" not gone opening!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anybody solve it for ever? or could solve opening "material browser" problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
