The title said it all. I am trying to install the student version of 3ds max 2019 and it gives me this error.

This should not happen in 2019...2018 sorry.

Instead of using the install now function, use the Browser Download.

This should solve your problem. I keep running into the same experience. I gave up on the install now and automatically use the Browser Download. It is the slowest option of the 3, but it'll save you all the errors.

Try using the following:

Browser Download

3DS Max 2019 (4.4 GB) - Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3

Download all 3. While they are downloading clean out your %temp% folder. Turn off your Anti-virus / Firewall. (leave them all off for the installation)

This should help resolve the issue.
