Unable to activate nesting utility license

after installation
start inventor
license error: "Unable to activate nesting utility license"
the license is not activated… I have no chance to activate it

Is this an Educational license?

If this is a commercial license you are not entitled to the nesting utility unless you subscribe to Product Design and MFG Collection. You can run the nesting utility for 30 days.

it's a NFR license, it does not give me the chance to use a 30-day trial

I have educational licence and now I'm not able to get it run, same issue as above. Is that because of educational licence? Before update it worked OK.

After I fill my serial number, system gives error 0010.15 „In this computer was found previous registrated and activated licence for this product...“ Can I somehow delete previous one?
