      <title>Problem with activation of AutoCAD2019 - blank page</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello!&lt;BR /&gt;This is my first entry, so please be patient.. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I try to activate a copy of AutoCAD 2019 at a users' pc. The Problem is that while trying to activate it, another window opens with no content in it. It's just a blank page - can be seen attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you guys have any idea?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Now I have tried everything you guys told me, but it doesn't work properly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;The blank page still exists and the possibility to activate ACAD ist not given.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Even the mentioned Radiobuttons from other users do not apppear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could not disable or uninstall our enterprise grade McAfee.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Our used Firewall doesn't have any impact on the blank page as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The funny thing about it is, that the activation window is a html-page which refers to a program path in the local directory (c$\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdLM\R15\de-DE\Webdepot\). That used html-file could be opened separately, but doesn't give the option to activate ACAD.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Greets&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Marvin&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If all other devices are functioning properly &amp;amp; you can activate. It seems that the one device unable to activate&amp;nbsp;is different in some way &amp;amp; the environment&amp;nbsp;of that device is the issue (Group Policy, Admin Rights, Not a Named User).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Let us know if you make a discovery or the&amp;nbsp;Activation &amp;amp; Registration team finds a workaround.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
