Problem with activation of AutoCAD2019 - blank page

Hello!
This is my first entry, so please be patient.. 🙂

I try to activate a copy of AutoCAD 2019 at a users' pc. The Problem is that while trying to activate it, another window opens with no content in it. It's just a blank page - can be seen attached.

Do you guys have any idea? Also reinstalling AutoCAD and the licensing service didn't fix it.

I try to get this working.
The Problem is, that I'm not allowed to deactivate our AV-tools, so let's cross fingers to get this done!

If it doesn't work, I'll let you know.

Now I have tried everything you guys told me, but it doesn't work properly.
The blank page still exists and the possibility to activate ACAD ist not given.

Even the mentioned Radiobuttons from other users do not apppear.

I could not disable or uninstall our enterprise grade McAfee.
Our used Firewall doesn't have any impact on the blank page as well.

The funny thing about it is, that the activation window is a html-page which refers to a program path in the local directory (c$\Program Files\Common Files\Autodesk Shared\AdLM\R15\de-DE\Webdepot\). That used html-file could be opened separately, but doesn't give the option to activate ACAD.

Of course I received your mail to the case.
I wasn't at work for the last couple days. I will try this hopefully today. My administrator told me how I could deactivate the AV, so that I hope it will work.

Hey guys,

Now I had the time to check whether the activation would work while our McAfee is temporarily disabled but it didn't work that well.

I'm almost lost with this PC.

Is there any other option that could help me?
Maybe assigning the license to that user which logs into his AutoDesk account?

Hello @Anonymous,

Thank you for posting. Have you confirmed that this download package works on another system? It may be the copy you are using, try the downloading directly from the Autodesk Account.

You can also run through the following steps below.

Reboot the computer & quit any applications from Task Manager running in the background
License Reset (2017 & newer products)
Make sure you are properly assigned the product by the Administrator & that the Administrator has a "User" Tab
The Windows profile is set to standard user & needs to be changed to Administrator
Subscription Licensing Error: "Establish an Internet connection to continue"
Temporarily disable security settings like Antivirus, Firewall & UAC on your system
Resetting and Changing Your Autodesk Account Password

Yes, the download package does work properly on other devices. This should not be the problem.

I also tried the version which could be downloaded from the user portal, as you mentioned. 🙂

Every other step didn't affect the situation as well, so I do not know what I could do else...

Hello @Anonymous,

If all other devices are functioning properly & you can activate. It seems that the one device unable to activate is different in some way & the environment of that device is the issue (Group Policy, Admin Rights, Not a Named User).

Let us know if you make a discovery or the Activation & Registration team finds a workaround.

I had (still have) the same problem with the 2018LT version. (Case 13727338)

2019LT also, and no solution for the moment.

Also, the problem is, that the user we try to find a solution is almost out of the 30-day-trial. So she is no longer able to work properly.

Our solution for that problem was a fresh installation of the end-user-system.
