"Sign In" window closes when trying to activate Maya 2018.

The title says it all. I purchased a one month license for Maya 2018, used the link provided (this is for Mac OS), installed Maya, and when the window popped up that says "Sign In," "Enter a Serial Number," etc, I click on "Sign In" and that window disappears and nothing happens. No windows open up that provide a place to put in my username or password. Maya doesn't open. Nothing happens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried Maya 2017 also. Same thing. Does anyone have any ideas?

Were you issued a serial # or does it say no serial number just sign in (in your Autodesk Account)?

I didn't receive a serial number. It's says to just sign in.

No problem.. It sounds like the license service is not running. But I'm not a MAC user or expert so I don't know where to start.

Thanks for the link. I closed out Maya, installed the license server file you linked to, but I'm getting the same problem. As soon as I click "Sign In," the window disappears and nothing else happens.

The weird thing is, it lets me click on "Enter a Serial Number," and that part works fine. I tested it using an older student version serial number that I had, and it worked. Maya opened just fine. But I need to get my commercial license working.

Yes, I’m still having the same issue. I responded to his email a couple days ago (just minutes after he emailed me), but haven’t heard back since.

@Reeder113 I see our Licensing specialist sent 3 emails to you last week in this case but looks like you haven't received any? I’ve replied to all of his emails (including on Friday). I’ve sent him my phone number twice. He tried calling me once (so I know he has my phone number), but I missed him by about 10 minutes. I immediately replied to him via email and once again provided my phone number. I haven’t heard from him since I replied to him on Friday. I’m assuming that’s because of the weekend?

Just tried opening Maya 2022 for the first time on an educational license and had the same thing happen to me, is there a hotfix for the 2022 version yet? NEED HELP
