      <description>&lt;P&gt;Please help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I ran into the problem of accessing autocad LT 2018 for Mac Book&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday I bought a monthly subscription, I received a serial number and a product key,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yesterday , today morning and an 2 hours ago I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. removed Autocad and all related files in accordance with these instructions&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-mac-products" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/download-install/remove-products/remove-mac-products&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. downloaded Autocad lt 2018 from my profile again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. reinstalled the program autocad lt 2018 successfully&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4. entered the license number and key number indicated in my profile&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5. then started the activation process on request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. successfully activated autocad lt. 2018&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;7. tried to get started&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;8. again ! I received a request to enter my serial number, then to specify the license number and product key and to activate my license!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;after all I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. restarted my mac,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. opened Autocad LT 2018&lt;BR /&gt;4. Copied the activation code from the latest version of the letter received from Autodesk&lt;BR /&gt;5. pasted and entered the activation code according to the request&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;6. Finally, got the registration activation error (0015.111)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then I&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1.Found the link&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Forcing-re-activation-of-product.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Forcing-re-activation-of-product.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and deleted all specified files&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. ran my Autocad LT 2018 to reset the activation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Now I'm back on the page "Product License Activation Options"&lt;BR /&gt;and have to start the whole process from scratch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I 've done it for 12 times from yesterday morning till now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can not start working, and it's really relevant for my family (our architect arrives on Monday morning at 8am and I need to make our future home plan today)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;the new problem&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I have a simple&amp;nbsp; single-user subscription&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;My license was activated ,but Autocad requies to sign in as a different user&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What's wrong?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What should I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please, help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
