Access renewal is not appearing for some reason

Steps to reproduce
So i have educational access however i cannot access into autocad when i try to access into it. it says renew access and i get directed to the get product page there are nothing like renew access in the page

Expected results
i wanna see where the renew access button is not get product and get stuck there

Actual results
no renew access

What date are you seeing as the expiry of your educational access on Autodesk Education & Student Access | Autodesk?
