How to disable old home use and ADN serials?

I am seeing activations on standalone seats once in a while that should not be happening.

Its not enough to imply organized stealing of our serials, but I would like to prevent past seats from being activated.

Is there a way to do this?

The activation email only provides a computer name, so what if someone did steal a serial by reading it off a laptop and then used it themselves without us ever knowing. There must be some way to cut off old products.

Standalone perpetual you can't really control or track very well outside of your organization and once activated there's nothing to track.

maybe, but we should be able to "surrender" a product so the serials are removed, and activations too.

For instance, we have home use seats for 2018. All me previous home use seats should be disabled.

This has to be a super common need.
