    <description>&lt;P&gt;Autodesk support have cancelled my original support ticket and created a new one. A new license file has been provided which provides a HSM Ultimate 2017 license package, including HSM Pro 2017. The plugin now works fine on our PCs and is licensing from the network license manager.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can also confirm that Autodesk HSM Ultimate 2019 works with our Inventor 2017 installation and I didn't have any issues with having a HSM Ultimate 2019 license on our network license manager.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>We need a HSM PRO license - No support response for 1 month</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am the senior IT Technician at Collingwood College. We have an open ticket (&lt;SPAN&gt;14241115) which has been open nearly 2 months. As of tomorrow (6th July) we&amp;nbsp;won't have&amp;nbsp;had a single reply for 1 month!! I created a twitter account just to tweet&amp;nbsp;@AutodeskHelp. They have suggested I post here.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have been given an educational license for HSM 2017 Ultimate. We have added the product key to our network license server however it fails to activate. There is nothing wrong with the license server as Inventor still activates and works. According to this article (&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Inventor-HSM-Unable-to-activate-license-Addin-Initialization-Aborted-and-Licensing-Error-0-0-0.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Inventor-HSM-Unable-to-activate-license-Addin-Initialization-Aborted-and-Licensing-Error-0-0-0.html&lt;/A&gt;) we require an Autodesk Inventor HSM&lt;STRONG&gt; PRO &lt;/STRONG&gt;2017 license for it to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;All I am asking for is that either an Autodesk HSM 2017 PRO license is assigned to us or an alternate Ultimate bundle license that can license other HSM 2017 versions as detailed in the knowledgebase article above.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can someone please help or give Autodesk support a kick up the rear?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you just download the latest version (2019) from the EDU site? This should result in a new license for the new version to be issued to you.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately we have to stick with 2017 as this is the version of Inventor we currently have installed. I do not know if 2019 will work properly on the hardware we have and we would need to discuss and test this with the teachers first. Also we will still only have access to HSM Ultimate 2019 so I believe we will have the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Inventor HSM 2019 will work with Inventor 2017, so you should still be able to keep your current Inventor installation.&lt;/P&gt;
