If you have a student license .... No, that's breaks the license agreement

You'd need to have a license for ANY and ALL commercial usage

Yes Sketchbook is now free to all https://www.sketchbook.com/blog/sketchbook-everybody/ and as along as your company allows it to be install you'll will be fine. But if you're talking about a copy you have at home, no this is not allowed to be installed at work.
