autocad 2018 material library missing

i hvae installed my autocad 2018 via online and i messed up my material library this is what i get when i try to access the material library ( see below snapshot)

hoe can i reinstall my material library when i installed my autocad via online account please help anyone thanks!

Hello @Anonymous,

Can you be sure you have installed AutoCAD successfully first? You will want to verify that the download & extraction went well, take a look at the size of the files.

You may also want to try the steps in this post & try another download method. Some interference may have prevented the prerequisite libraries from installing properly.
