Please Help!! urgent Maya 2018 educational license.

Hi there,

Autodesk account : ygurung@acs-schools.com

I am trying to install the Autodesk softwares into the school computers and so far it has gone smooth for all the other Autodesk softwares except Maya 2018 for MAC.

I got the Maya 2018 educational perpetual , multi-user for 3000 seats but unfortunately under my account it shows that I have only got 1 seat i.e one license for this software.

Can you please look into this ?

Did you get such informations from Autodesk ?

Product : Maya 2018
License Type : Education Network
Access Type : Multi-user
Authorized Usage : Installation on network server shareable by up to 3000 concurrent users
Product Key : XXX
Serial Number : 5XX-XXXXXXXX
Term : 3-year term
Licensee : XXXXXX

In any case (wrong number of license in Autodesk account and/or license file with only one seat), I suggest you to contact Autodesk Education Support :

Yes, I did get the above email with the correct licenses number and the serial number but when I go to my account it shows that I have got only 1 seat/license for MAYA 2018. I will contact Autodesk Helpdesk and see what they say.

If anything related to Autodesk Educational software/issues.. Normal Autodesk support will not touch it.. You must contact the Educational support team by filling out the form https://www.autodesk.com/education/support/edu-contact-us-form

Thank you guys. I had to call the Autodesk support team who resolved the issue in about 2 days. I can now see the license and I was able to set up the license server.
