Installation on computer without internet ?

I wish to install Autocad LT 2018/2019 on a computer that has an air gap - never connects to the internet. I was able to install Autocat LT 2011 and it has worked until now. Can I get a license and product that I can install on the air gap computer? What should I expect if the computer never connects to the internet?

Welcome back to the forum.

Our single user/multi-user (standalone) subscription-based licenses require an internet connection to activate & every 30days you would need to connect to the internet at some point.

Are you a large organization? If so, you may have the option to purchase or change to a Multi-User (network) license it supports a specific maximum number of users on computers connected to a network. Licenses are issued via Network License Manager (NLM) software utility to each user who starts an Autodesk product, up to the number of licenses purchased. Usually returns to NLM when a user closes all Autodesk products, which makes the license available to other users. NLM can be configured to allow a user to borrow a license and disconnect from the network until a specified return date.

under the new licensing for standalone internet is required for set up & activation

you can look at multi-user licensing where the license is hosted inside your network

Since you indicated you have the LT version of AutoCAD you wouldn't be able to obtain a multi-user subscription for this product unless you're subscribing to a large qty or considered a enterprise customer of Autodesk. So at this point if you don't have a machine that can connect to the internet, single user subscription of Acad L:T will not work for you. Moving forward you will need to subscribe to the full version of AutoCAD in order to subscribe as a multi-user type of license.
