Install AutoCAD 2023/2024 from local source rather than a network share

Dear AutoDesk,

We are a school and installing Autocad 2020 in the past from a local source, but the new versions 2023/2024 the installer seems different. We would like to deploy it from a local source and not from a network share(this method are fine in the nineties) but not in these days anymore.

Also we use a single license server NLM.

Can you help us with this please.

Not quite sure what you mean by a local share & a network share

A network share can be a local share that's inside your network

Are you looking for the offline installers?

Hi, thank you. i didn't say "local share" but local source. but maybe i'm looking for a offline installer if that's the word 😉

When i choose download in my portal I get a 15 MB file Create_Installer_ACD_2024_English_WIN64.exe. Executing that file crates a full installer in C:\Users\<username>\Downloads\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2024 - (EN)

Just go grab the full offline installers from this thread and share it on a network resource. After installation, just point them to your NLM, or create a .reg file that already has the ADSKFLEX_LICENSE_FILE pointed to your existing NLM. My 2024 Reset Tool has that option built in, if you wanna check that out in my signature.
