&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Mechanical Desktop has been discontinued for 10 years now and the history of the serial # determines if your product can be reactivated.&amp;nbsp; Just because you have a serial # doesn't mean its activate anymore due to its history.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I guess I would have to ask why you&amp;nbsp; entire business is still based on an obsoleted/retired product and you have no backup plan&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileylol" class="emoticon emoticon-smileylol" src="https://forums.autodesk.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-lol.png" alt="Smiley LOL" title="Smiley LOL" /&gt;&amp;nbsp; Anyhow reach out to the activation team at Autodesk and see what they say about your serial #.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Need to transfert my FlexLM server for AutoDesk Mechanical Desktop 6</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an old Windows Server 2003 with flexlm server to manage my AutoDesk Mechanical Desktop 6 licences.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to generate a new licence file for the new flexlm server running on Windows Server 2016 now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I trying to get my license file from RegisterOnce it told me my serial do not exist.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I have the box and the cd in hands and the serial number was right...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I get rid of this issue, we use 3DCAM extention for our production machines.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have an alternative for us ? If we can't edit our files anymore, our production will went down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
