IF SOME ONE HAS AN ISP THAT IT'S DOWNLOAD SPEED IS 15-25 MBPS - CAN YOUR PROGRAMS WORK CORRECTLY W/ THAT KIND OF DOWNLOAD SPEED ?

Welcome to the Autodesk User's Community..

Are you talking about downloading and installing your application or running a cloud based application like Fusion 360? Outside of downloading or using a cloud based app, the other applications are installed on your machine and only use cloud services when needed. Your speed will be fine. Yes it may be slow for downloading installation files but it will be fine.

Also for the future.. Typing in UPPER CASE is seen as yelling at us (for support)..

@Mark.Lancaster is correct. Aside from downloading product installers/updates and running cloud-based applications (Fusion 360), your download speed should be fine.
