      <title>Network License Not Available. Error [-4.132.0]</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to open Civil 3D 2017 and when i do it keeps coming up with the following message: 'Network License Not Available. Error [-4.132.0]'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="Error" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/555466i4158828F645F3786/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="civil 3d.png" alt="Error" /&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-caption" onclick="event.preventDefault();"&gt;Error&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have verified that the license server is active and that it has a license available. This happens approximately once a week and always works correctly the next day, without restarting the server&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm sure the license server works at that time as it is serving licenses for other Autodesk applications&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You may need to verify &amp;amp; check a few things to make sure there is no interference with the license manager outlined here,&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Network-licensing-error-when-starting-the-software.html" target="_blank"&gt;Network licensing error [-4.132.0] when starting the software&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can create a options file with a license timeout to see if that helps so that licenses are returned after a specific time of inactivity.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, check:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;When you are experiencing difficulty pulling licensing from the network server&amp;nbsp;verify the connectivity to the server from the computer(s) as described below:&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Checking-the-network-connection-to-the-license-server.html" target="_blank"&gt;Checking the network connection to the license server&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;If you have a firewall between the license server(s) and the client computers, you need to open some TCP/IP ports on the server for better license communication or due to other non-Autodesk Services.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-change-the-assigned-ports-on-an-Autodesk-license-server-and-client.html" target="_blank"&gt;Open port 2080 for&amp;nbsp;adskflex, and open ports 27000 through 27009 for lmgrd.&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Try to pull a license from the client computer&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Test the client computer &amp;amp; try to pull a license&amp;nbsp;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Go to LMtools Server Status Tab &amp;gt; Perform Status Enquiry &amp;amp; check the licenses pulled&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have an issue please locate the &lt;I&gt;Config Services&lt;/I&gt; Tab &amp;gt; &lt;I&gt;View Log&lt;/I&gt; Button. Also, include&lt;I&gt; Server Status&lt;/I&gt; Tab &amp;gt; &lt;I&gt;Perform Status Enquiry&lt;/I&gt;&amp;nbsp; Please attach the results.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
