      <description>&lt;P&gt;I transferred a my licence from my laptop now i cant transfer it to my desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i uninstalled and reinstalled. I do not have transfer utility for max 2019 for some reason&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have 2014,2015, &amp;amp; 2017 but not 2019&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Your subscription includes rights to install and activate your software on more than one computer. For each computer, you wish to use follow the standard&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/article/download-install" target="_blank"&gt;installation&lt;/A&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;procedures for your software.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;nope don't work. i transferred my licence hoping that would work but it did not.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It ask for my user id and password then it takes me to your trial has ended and wants me to subscribe.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If i select Already have a license I end right back to the trial&amp;nbsp; has ended screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Try reseting the license by removing the trial license information.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Anyhow please do this, perform a license reset per this &lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/community/article/97331" target="_blank"&gt;article&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp; Do not launch product yet.&amp;nbsp; Now these steps&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Navigate to the C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\WebService folder.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Remove the file called "LoginState.xml"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADUT folder&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Delete the "ProdInd_User.cur" file&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet folder&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Delete all files beginning with "Adskflex".&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI class="autodesk_styles_medium"&gt;Launch your Autodesk application to confirm its work.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;sorry this has been resolved Mark I forgot to mark solved. I did exactly that. Turns out i had to enter all the product Id numbers. It did not accept the " i have a licence option" un and pw.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
