Can transfer in a licence

I transferred a my licence from my laptop now i cant transfer it to my desktop.

i uninstalled and reinstalled. I do not have transfer utility for max 2019 for some reason

i have 2014,2015, & 2017 but not 2019

Hello @Anonymous,

It seems you have a subscription, you do not need to transfer your license from one computer to another to activate your subscription software on a different computer. Your subscription includes rights to install and activate your software on more than one computer. For each computer, you wish to use follow the standard installation procedures for your software.

nope don't work. i transferred my licence hoping that would work but it did not.

It ask for my user id and password then it takes me to your trial has ended and wants me to subscribe.

If i select Already have a license I end right back to the trial has ended screen.

Try reseting the license by removing the trial license information.

If you want technically support or have an agent contact you, you don't request it through a user based forum. You do it through your Autodesk Account..

Anyhow please do this, perform a license reset per this article. Do not launch product yet. Now these steps

Navigate to the C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Local\Autodesk\WebService folder.
Remove the file called "LoginState.xml"
Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\ADUT folder
Delete the "ProdInd_User.cur" file
Navigate to the C:\ProgramData\FLEXnet folder
Delete all files beginning with "Adskflex".
Launch your Autodesk application to confirm its work.

sorry this has been resolved Mark I forgot to mark solved. I did exactly that. Turns out i had to enter all the product Id numbers. It did not accept the " i have a licence option" un and pw.
