    <description>&lt;P&gt;Since Tuesday I'm trying to contact Geoffrey Lorenz, Support Specialist from the eStore. &amp;nbsp;He has send me mails trying to solve my installation-problem, but I can't reply. &amp;nbsp;Maybe he can send me another mail-adress, so&amp;nbsp;I can send him my solution for installing a home-license.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Perhaps someone from Autodesk &amp;nbsp;can forward this message to him?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I just received your new support case and it seems your issue is now solved, you wrote me you managed to install the English version.&lt;/P&gt;
