&lt;P&gt;I just emulated your account and can see the AutoCAD LT 2019 license therein. Your license is Autodesk ID based and does not have a serial number.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To activate the software, select the 'Single-user' option on the 'Let's Get Started' screen and sign in using your email address and Autodesk account password.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rob,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The below screen pops up when I click on the the AutoCAD LT desktop app. And when I click on the "enter a serial number" button. The adjacent windows pops up. &lt;P&gt;This option to Sign-in should appear, it maybe due to a connectivity issue or the licensing/LGS files were not generated properly. Did you install with a Windows Administrator profile with full control permissions?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please verify the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Log in &amp;amp; install with a Administrator profile&amp;nbsp;(check your permissions, full control)&amp;nbsp;or &lt;A href="https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/13951/windows-create-user-account" target="_blank"&gt;create a new profile&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Make sure you have an uninterrupted &amp;amp; high-speed&amp;nbsp;connection to the internet&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Clean out the TEMP folder. To open the TEMP folder, type %TEMP% in the address bar of Windows Start Menu and hit Enter&amp;nbsp;(Windows)&lt;/LI&gt;
