      <title>No Activation Procedure and Codes Sent After Purchasing 1-Year Subscription</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have purchased Autocad LT 2019 on January 1st, 2019. I have not received an email with details on how to activate my 1-year subscription. I am using the trial version at the moment. I only received an order confirmation email which states that I should be expecting and "Order Fulfillment" Email and a "Get Started" Email to activate the software, however nothing has been received. I have checked the Junk folder too. I don't know what to do next in order to convert my trial into my 1-year subscription.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;With subscription you there's no activation codes for it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you actually purchased this or did someone else do this for you?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you go into your Autodesk Account does it state just sign in no serial # is needed or were you given a serial #.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I made the purchase right after I had a test run on the trial version.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When I log in to my online account, the program is only listed in the trials section and no sign in option is provided. No serial numbers were provided.&lt;/P&gt;
