AutoCAD LT 2014 - Error reference: 41

I have a new computer and wish to use my AutoCAD 14 stand alone licence on it.

The previouse computer has been disposed of, I did not Export the AutoCAD licence to Autodesk!.

I installed AutoCAD on the new computer but when I try to activate the licence I receive a reply that the active limit has been reached (Fault 10)

I tried using the LTU app but I receive a Fault Code 41

How can I activate my licence???

That means you have activated your product too many times. At this point you will have to reach out to the Autodesk Licensing and Activation team.
