    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am testing the Windows 10 1809. I am receiving this massage in any windows region setting configuration if it is "mixed".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i.e If I use Language ( different location )&amp;nbsp; then I receive the DLL exception&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;English ( Switzerland )&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="acad001.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/600898i0A86B31679ACEE53/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="acad001.png" alt="acad001.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If I reverse to English ( United Kingdom ) if works like charms.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you know if this bug is already known ?&lt;BR /&gt;Do you know if there will be an Hotfix ?&lt;BR /&gt;Removing 1809 or move everyone to UK are not valid option... &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Unhandled exception on init</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I am trying to install Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD on a newly installed Windows 10 Pro OS. Inventor works fine, but when I open AutoCAD I get a window saying "Unhandled exception on init" and the software crashes, so I need to kill the process from the Task Manager.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it again (both by uninstalling only AutoCAD and all the Autodesk software). I also tried to uninstall everything and install AutoCAD 2018, and then I would get the same error, but after accepting I am able to use the software.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;I have also tried to uninstall all Autodesk software by following all the steps here: &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;&lt;A href="https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/When-I-run-AutoCad-I-error-acadres-dll.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/When-I-run-AutoCad-I-error-acadres-dll.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Then I have reinstalled AutoCAD and Inventor 2019 and again, Inventor works but AutoCAD doesn't.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT&gt;Is there anythin else I can try?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
