My Laptop crashed and I want to re- install my AEC 2019 software.

How do I get assistance to re-install the AEC 2019 software with updates.

By default your admin should know how to install software.

If it's just the question to know where you can download the software from then please look to your subscription center (https://manage.autodesk.com), there you'll find all the software you have subscribed.

As mentioned by Alfred, go to your account manager and download / install all of your software from there.
