Unable to launch AutoCAD application

I am unable to launch ACAD 2019 from any of the icons on my computer. I have a monthly subscription to Autodesk for access to this; if I shut down I have a lot of trouble logging back on. So far I have tried to launch 5 times today and it will not let me get on.

Can you clarify what happens when you launch from the icons? There's no a lot to go on here.

Thank you for posting.

Did you just download & install AutoCAD 2019?

If so make sure it installed properly on the Windows Control Panel.

Or was it working before & now started causing issues?

If so take a look at the common launch issues here, also assign the Graphics Card to launch AutoCAD.

The program opens for a moment but doesn’t get past Initialization.

I have a monthly subscription for ACAD 2019 which I have been using for almost a year. But every time I actually exit ACAD I have this same problem launching again. I wound up contacting Customer Service and they helped by Troubleshoot. It seems that I needed to update ACAD.

The easiest way to update is via the Autodesk desktop app as it allows you to queue updates, which is super convienient...

Yes thank you, that is what Autodesk also recommended so that I have the alerts and it's easier to update.
