Unable to open REVIT because of a miscommunication

Steps to reproduce
The REVIT program is not allowing me to open on this laptop computer. It is saying the license is not valid or it was loaded incorrectly. I had load the REVIT program as ' home use' not educational use. One of your emails asked for transcripts verification, but I am only using for the 30 days as 'home use'. I am unable to use it, and have lost 3 days of work. Please help me be able to use for the remaining 30 days. I lost days work.

Can you share a screenshot of this?

Also, do you have any Anti-Virus on this home laptop? Make sure it's off and try starting it
