I understand that it was just an example but you left of details.

What can't you just activate it normally when you launch the product and pick the serial # option under the other 2 buttons?

When I try normal activate it is always same Error. (screen "1")
So only way to activate is this. (screen "2")
But I can't find where can i find a code. But I know that I can get this code on site that on first screen in first massage.

You can go to Autodesk AVA and follow the activation Steps. However most likely its not going to work either because you are already seeing an issue doing it the normal way.

Anyhow before you got to that message (screen #1) you should've been indicated that same information. You could also perform a license reset per this article.
