Unhandled Exception Error - Splitter Distance - Layer Props Mngr Unavail.

Hello. At startup I get the following error dialog:

"Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to to continue.

SplitterDistance must be between Panel1MinSize and Width - Panel2MinSize"

I no longer have access to the layer properties manager. I can bring up the legacy version through LAYERDLGMODE but that is a temporary fix as it can't remain open. I really need the mngr accessible at all times.

1. Is there a fix?

2. If not & I must run a repair, will that fix the issue?

3. Does running "repair" delete custom settings?

I'm running AC Arch 2021 on Windows 11.

I'm afraid this wasn't very helpful. My error was not in any of these posts. And the few I saw that were similar were for Windows 7 & 10 (I'm on 11) and didn't offer any explanation or solutions but uninstall/reinstall the software. I have mountains of custom settings I'd rather not lose.

Will running the system-wide repair cause me to lose my settings?

Is there a fix for my specific error with "splitter distance"? What is splitter distance?
